Varenna is an idyllic luxurious adults' retreat and therefore, regrettably, we have found that the property is not suitable for children under the age of 10, unless mutually agreed to. We do hope that you understand.

Midweek (minimum 2 nights)
Monday to Thursday
~ 1 Couple, two nights = $500 ~
Extra nights $250 per night.

Weekend (minimum 2 nights)
Friday to Sunday inclusive
~ 1 Couple, two nights = $600 ~
Extra nights $300 per night.

Additional guests $50 per person per night

Long weekends (minimum 3 nights apply)

Terms and Conditions

Payment

Payment may be made via cheque, money order or the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard. Payment in full for your accommodation needs to be received within a minimum of fourteen (14) days from the commencement date of your intended stay. Where full payment has not been received for a specified booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, with any payments received be forfeited to Varenna™, and the intended dates released.

Cancellations

Where cancellation of a booking is requested, a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to your accommodation commencement date is required to ensure that your payment is returned to you. Where written notice is provided less than 14 days, your payment may be forfeited. In these situations, genuine attempts will be made to re-book for the same period of stay and where re-booking can be secured, your payment will then be returned to you.

Where you do not arrive, all payments received to confirm your booking will be forfeited to Varenna™, and the intended dates released.

Check-in & Check-out

Your accommodation commences from the designated check-in time of 2:00pm on the commencement date of your booking and is completed at the designated check-out time of 10:00am on the departure date of your booking. Alternative times may be mutually arranged if other bookings permit.

If, for any reason, you are late in arriving within the period you have booked, the full cost of the entire booked period is payable.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the boundaries that comprise the accommodation property of Varenna™.

Minimum Booking Periods

Minimum booking periods apply. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights mid-week or weekend with a minimum of 3 nights on a long weekend.

Accidental Damage and Breakage

We wish our guests to stay in a relaxing atmosphere and free of worry. We acknowledge that accidental breakages can occur during handling of glassware and crockery, however, we advise that where other damage occurs such as to furnishings and fittings, we reserve the right to charge guests with the costs of replacement, repair, cleaning or otherwise bringing furnishings and fittings back to their condition prior to damage. Please be advised that all breakages and/or damage is required to be reported when you check out.

It is also a condition that guests leave Varenna™ in a reasonably clean condition. Varenna™ reserves the right to charge guests for any costs of additional cleaning if this condition is not met and/or if additional rooms have been used during your stay (other than the rooms paid for when booking is confirmed), an additional fee of $50 per room applies for cleaning and laundering.

PLEASE NOTE: your act of providing your credit card details constitutes your agreement to our Terms and Conditions and provides your authorisation to Varenna™ to charge your credit card for any costs associated with damage, breakage, or cleaning/laundering costs as outlined above.

Children

Children under the age of 10 are not permitted at Varenna™

Pets

Pets or animals of any description are not permitted within the boundaries of Varenna™

The term “Varenna™” refers to the owners of this property and/or any accommodation booking agencies used by the owners.
